Most of them belong to well-established hotel chains, while some others are small boutique hotels with local owners. It’s entirely up to you, but we can guarantee these latest additions will be the perfect place to rest during your event in Andalusia.
New MICE hotels in Seville
Lots of things happening in Seville lately – it’s proven to be one of the busiest cities in terms of events this 2019 and the hotel offer keeps on increasing.
Last year, the Eurostars Torre Sevilla 5* opened its doors in Seville’s first skyscraper and also Andalusia’s tallest building. The hotel is located at the top part of the building and offers fantastic views of the city, as well as 15 meeting rooms and a panoramic spa.
The Intur Casa de Indias 4* is a recently opened boutique hotel located at the city centre, near one of Seville’s main attractions, the “mushrooms” or the Metropol Parasol, the world’s largest wooden structure. The hotel offers great views of the centre from its terrace and pool and the rooms will please all visitors thanks to an impeccable decoration.
Kivir Sevilla 4* is another great example of a brand new hotel that is pleasantly decorated and well looked after. This charming hotel has 31 rooms and a roof swimming pool, offering breathtaking views of the city as well as a perfect space for informal gatherings or for sipping cocktails during the Sevillian sunset.
Also, Vincci Hotels, Marriott and Radisson will open new hotels in Seville in the coming months. Stay tuned and we will let you know all the details in due course.
New MICE hotels in Malaga
Malaga is a trendy destination. Nice temperatures all year round, a cultural offer second to none, more than 37 museums and a variety of hotels to please all visitors.
Last week, Curio Collection by Hilton 4* opened its doors in Fuengirola, 30 minutes from both Malaga and Marbella. The hotel has taken the gap left by a DoubleTree, another Hilton brand. Its rooms and suites offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains nearby. There are 4 swimming pools, a state-of-the-art spa, a modern meeting and conference centre, with room for up to 1,000 delegates. A Michelin-starred restaurant can also be found at the complex.
Other hotels are about to open their doors in Malaga, including the Palacio Solecio Hotel, a 4* hotel located on a historical palace at the city centre. It is scheduled to be open for business in the second half of 2019 and will be a great addition to the hotel offer in Malaga.
Another hotel about to open it’s the Catalonia Malaga Hotel. This hotel will be the first hotel of the Catalan chain in Malaga city. It will be a couple of minutes away from Larios street, the main pedestrian and commercial street of the city and will have over 70 rooms. We cannot wait to see it open!
Vincci Hotels will open its third hotel in the city at the above mentioned Larios street. The works have already started and will transform a historic building into a seven-storey 4* boutique hotel with a roof terrace and a pool. 2020 will for sure be an exciting year for the city.
And last, but not least, the Equitativa building, a trademark building in Malaga’s skyline and just metres away from Larios street, will see two hotels after being empty for over 20 years. Only You Hotel Malaga 5* and Soho Boutique Hotel 4*, that will share the strategic building with privileged views of the city and the port.
