Projects delivered by an independent external collaborator

This page contains the terms and the privacy notice that apply exclusively to projects which, although they may be presented under the Meridional Events brand or may channel certain payments through Meridional Events, are carried out primarily by an independent external collaborator.

The document applicable to each project will be the one expressly identified in the relevant proposal, quotation, proforma, referral email or related commercial documentation. Where a project is expressly made subject to these terms and to this privacy notice, they shall prevail over the general Meridional Events texts in all matters relating to that specific project:

• Terms and Conditions for projects delivered by an independent external collaborator
• Privacy Notice for projects delivered by an independent external collaborator

For projects delivered directly by Meridional Events, the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and the general Privacy Policy of Meridional Events shall continue to apply.
