DMC Cadiz: MICE, Incentives & Corporate Events

In 2017, it was Antequera, with its Dolmens just being appointed UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 2018, it was Seville. And in 2019, it is Cadiz. Looks like the prestigious New York Times cannot get enough of Andalusia.

The city and province of Cadiz have been chosen as one of the 52 places to go in 2019, and here at Meridional Events we couldn't be happier. The highlights of the trip, according to the New York Times, include the awakening of the new cuisine happening at the centre of Cadiz, with nearby Aponiente restaurant by chef Angel Leon being a complete revolution in terms of ingredients, using plankton for the very first time for human consumption.

Food is not the only highlighted item on the article, but also Jerez de la Frontera and its wonderful bodegas or wine cellars. A visit to some of Jerez most well-known cellars is a must while in the city. The atmosphere and work ethic have remained the same since the 18th century, when most of the cellars were founded.

And last, but not least, the third recommendation goes to Vejer de la Frontera, a picturesque town located near the Atlantic coast and home to NMAC Foundation, a non-profit institution for contemporary art. The Foundation invites international artists to create works that blend and tune in with the landscape.

Amazing service from Carolina at Meridional Events. From the first time we contacted Carolina to the completion of our event, the communication and arrangements were first class.

We are certainly hoping to be able to work with her again in the future. Thanks to the team from all at Chase Buchanan.

They are an agency specialized in creating experiences adapted to groups.

They knew how to balance and keep everyone happy by offering us a wide variety of activities. Here lies the difference from the rest of the agencies.

Truly a very complete and exclusive agency.
